Policies
- We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard, Cash, Traveler's
checks, Bank transfers, certified checks or money orders in US or
Canadian funds.
- Short Term Stay, (Less than one month):
1.) A deposit of 35% is required to confirm your reservation.
2.) Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
- Extended Term Stay: (More than one month):
1.) A deposit of 35% is required to confirm your reservation.
2.) One half month security deposit is payable upon check-in, and will be
refunded upon check-out.
3.) First month rental is due 14 days prior to arrival.
- No damage deposit required but all
damage will be charged back to the registered guests.
- Guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent.
- Cancellation Policy: Reservation deposit is refundable with a 45 day cancellation notice. $20 cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation inside
14 days will result in loss of
full payment. ( under 14 days, refund only if unit can
be re rented. In an emergency, we would be happy to re schedule you at no extra
cost. )
- Check-in time: 4:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Small pets allowed on occasion with prior approval
- No smoking allowed
